The check engine light came on after owning the car for 2 days, took the car in twice for service, at this point the car has been in service longer than I owned it. Once I became worried about the car having safety issues, my loan company was willing to allow me to give the car back and buy a new one from Bryden. Place is terrible. Sold me a jeep that somehow “passed” inspection but first night into having this jeep it has a service light come on. Fast forward 3 days a new service light comes on. After one week 3 service lights on, yet this “passed inspection”. Brought the jeep in, took 3 weeks to get the part, a week after it comes in, my jeep gets looked at. All to be told that part was broken as well and a new one needed to be ordered. Another week or so goes by, mind you at this time with all these service lights on, ...
They suck. Told me price was $34,990 via email when asked specifically about the two prices in picture. We drive over an hour and the price is now $44k. Told must have been a typing error but still haven’t changed it. Justin salesman. Sucks.

Horrible service department the fact they don’t have a diesel tech scares me. They have destroyed my transmission! My oil got drained and refilled but the filter was not. This place is absolutely disgusting.

Tried to get service on our 2014 Jeep Wrangler,. Over the weekend the cooling fan for the motor stopped working. Called them for service " we are all booked up but you can drop it off, and leave it, we might get to it sometime this week or next. We called Bryden about a car we'd seen in their online inventory. The salesperson told us he was in a meeting but would call us right back. An hour and a half later, he still hadn't called. We called and were told that the car had just been sold. Great experience. Had literally never even been to Beloit in my life. Came strictly based on the car, the great price and Justin’s demeanor over the phone. Was absolutely amazing. Our company was in the market to add another Ram ProMaster to our fleet. In searching through a half a dozen dealers, Bryden showed us the best possible financial package and even went so far as to locate what we needed up to 6 hours away from them. Pierre in sales was on top of things and helped get us through the process very efficiently. Also, a hat tip to Norm for his efforts to warp things up. Would definitely recommend them.
I wanted to get a brake controller installed on my truck and the service writer gave me a price so I took the car in and come to find out they could not do the whole job as they farm out the work to another dealer. In total I paid too much as they should have just refered me to the dealer that could perform the work. I should have been warned when the price kept changing everytime I called.
